Hi, I'm Rick Spano and I'd like to welcome you to my Sceniced and Undecided Railway website (Sceniced is pronounced sea-nicked). The photo galleries will give you an idea of what my N Scale layout is about.

This website was developed by my longtime friend, David K. Smith. We've collaborated on model railroad ventures since 1972, and he's helped me numerous times on the S&U.
